Disclaimer: Customer will maintain an active account in good standing and all terms and conditions of the Customer’s applicable retail rate schedule will continue to apply. The Customer will be billed for their monthly energy usage for EV charging under their applicable retail rate schedule. While some OEMs offer telematics as included in the sale of the vehicle, others may require their customers to purchase a subscription after a limited free-trial period. Some dealerships may offer free telematics to support sales and therefore not all customers will be subject to subscription costs. The Program Period will begin on February 1, 2025 and will terminate after two years, unless extended in a future proceeding.
